Compro TV tuner compatible with E510 I just ordered?

Hi everyone. I just placed an order for a E510 w/3.0 Pentium D and WIndows 2005 media center. I didn't select the option for the TV tuner since I have one from one of my old systems. The brand is Compro. It's nothing fancy, single tuner, I think it has svideo out. Either way just the other day I heard that there are a lot of compatibility issues with the TV cards and Windows Media Center. I went to Compro's website and couldn't find anything about the issues.

So my question is am I going to have issues with the TV tuner and if so what's a decent one that will work straight out of the box? All I want to do is watch tv and record my shows when I'm not home.
