I cant belive I am trying to buy over $15,000 and my order has been cancelled twice!! With who I need to talk to get this reolved??

This is true, but Dell employees do moderate and read these threads.  That said, I have tried to find any "local" numbers for Dell, and it is an impossibility.  Whatever numbers there are that would go to an operator in Round Rock are as closely guarded as the formula for Coca Cola.  It doesn't even matter if you GO there.  I live about 45 minutes from Dell HQ in Round Rock, and I went there two days ago to try to see if anyone would talk to me about a shipping problem I was having.  I didn't make it past the front desk.  I was presented with a form to fill out and two days later got a callback from India.  The short answer...don't waste your time.  Dell has it structured so that it is virtually impossible to interact with anyone at the corporate offices.  It's a shame, but that's the way it is.  I certainly hope Dell changes this horrible support system they have for consumers for the better, otherwise it'll just stay the same or get worse and they'll continue to alienate and anger customers with issues..
