Dell laptop M1210 how to upgrade or change from XP MCE to Vista Ultimate

Hai
 
I would like to change my operating system from Windows XP MCE to Windows Vista but i don't know,i am afarid beacuse after i change is it necessary to reinstall all the drivers, eg:blutouth,Webcam,etc.,,,,,,,,,
 
Please help what are the steps i should follow to change my operating system

Changing Operating systems is not something for the faint at heart. It can be daunting and very fustruating...
 
If you are determined to go ahead with this i suggest that you post this in the Software/Vista section of the forums where there are many experts to help you along....
