Inspiron 530, GeForce 8400 gs, Windows XP driver

I had a GeForce 8300 gs video card that went bad. I bought GeForce 210 PCI-E that wasn't compatible, because I could not find a driver that was compatible. Now I purchased a GeForce 8400 hoping I would have better luck. It's not coming for 2 days. So I'm hoping to find help before it gets here. Also in case I don't have any luck. Does anyone know of a cheap compatible video card?

I got the new graphic card and it wasn't compatible, I couldn't find a Nvidia driver to match. So I will have to stick with the AMD.

Thank you for trying.

The driver is here:

Windows XP has however reached end of life and hence end of support. You are at risk if you continue to use it due to lack of security updates.

The Dell Inspiron 530 will run Windows 7 and 8.1 64 Bit nicely and I advise upgrading:

Thank you, but I have already gone through the Nvidia website, without finding a match that would work on my computer and GeForce 210. I had to take it back.. That's why I was hoping Dell could help me. I bought a MSI HD Radeon 6450 and I works, but it's poor quality compared to what I had before.

I have Intel chipset G33/G31 express. So there is some I am doing wrong or maybe Dell hasn't update the kind of driver I need for my system.

I tried that AMD driver update you suggested for the date 4-25-2014. But when I tried to install it I got a warning, so I didn't continue, because my Radeon driver I have is working. When I continued when I got a warning with the GeForce 210, my screen was unreadable after restart. So I was afraid to do that again.

Thank you. I understand that I need a Nvidia driver. I downloaded those updates even though my Radeon is working. My new graphic card is supposed to arrive today. So maybe I won't have any problems with the GeForce 8400 gs.

Thank you for your help.
