Optiplex 790 solid amber power button and blinking 234 also amber
The help the trouble shooter just says is a missing or corrupt bios. This thing was working yesterday just fine! I have tried to clear it by remobing the battery cell as well as tested the power supply to see that it works and it does. Please help if there is is something I am missing or how I can get this thing back online

Please try to run the on-board Dell diagnostics, by pressing key and follow the instructions on screen.
Capture any error code or message you might recieve.
Also, try to boot with one memory at a time or a different memory module and check if the system boots successfully.
Please private message us the service tag of the system along with your email id and results from the above steps.
(Note: please don't mention the service tag or email id on the public forum as it contains your personal information).
