Stock Samsung RAM for Vostro 200 Mini

I would like to know what the latency on the stock RAM is that comes with the Vostro 200.  I currently have 4 GB (I think that's the max for this motherboard), but would like to buy some new, faster RAM.  I know I will need DDR2-800 (PC6400), but I can get Kingston with a CL of 5.  Does anyone know what the latency is on the Samsung stock RAM?

Just as a side note:

Does anyone know what the max processor you can upgrade to is?  I think it's supposed to be the Core 2 Duo E8500 with BIOS 1.0.15, but I wanted to double check.
