Studio One 19

Hope I am in the right place...I am getting frustrated cuz I have spent so much time one hold trying to find out what to do...with no success.  I loved my Studio One 19 until it wouldn't start.  When I turn it on it just runs and runs and nothing comes up on the screen.  I have unplugged it numerous times and that hasn't resolved the issue.  Any words of advice?
