T7600 precision diagnostic leds not listed

hi everyone

need some help here please.

Got the T7600 that was running till this morning.

now have a solid amber Power led with diagnostic led 3 and 4 blinking.

checked for the codes on the leds and can only find subject wit led 1,3,4 blinking.

any help would greatly be appreciated
