Unknown Divice Driver

I have an Inspiron One 2305 which keeps giving me and error that I have an Unknown Device That Driver is either missing or needs update.  Every time I try to update it it just never finds it.  So far I have been able to find out that the ID: ACPI\NTN0530\4&28EE259&0 with an Error Code: 28. Can anybody help me?

Hi Koernigm,

ACPI refers to the part of the system BIOS that control power options. You might try reinstalling the chipset drivers. If you aren't familiar with how to get these, click Support (above), then downloads and select your model and OS.

Did you check your Dell disks, which is where the previous person found it?

The device is a Winbond IR Receiver. This is the device description given in the Device Manager:  Nuvoton w836x7hg integrated CIR . I tried looking for the driver on the Nuvotron site but nothing came up. Unless you watch TV on your desktop, I wouldnt worry about this device.

PCI devices do not enumerate properly if the Chipset Drivers are not installed.

IR Recievers do not work if Serial ports are somehow disabled.

Installs the infrared driver version 2.0.2009.0619 for Intel® Desktop Boards
with Nuvoton* Consumer Infrared (CIR).
