Upgrading processors on Dell Precision T7400

I have a T7400 system with 2x1333Mhz processors and 4xDDR2-667 FBDIMMs and a 1000W power supply. Can I upgrade them to 2x1600MHz processors and 4xDDR3-800 FBDIMMs with doing any modifications and just by replacing those components?

PS: Looks like I posted it in wrong section, should be in general hardware and I am not sure how to move it to other section.
