Video Card for my Vostro 230 Slim-Tower...
Hello,
I just bought a Dell "Vostro 230 Slim-Tower" and looking to buy a Video Card that will fit the computer (I was told I need a Video Card if I want to run two monitors on this pc)...
It would be very much appreciated if someone can tell me what type of video card would fit my new pc...

Hi John, Your specks for your system are HERE. There are 3 cards that I would recommend for your system. The first being the 4550 HERE, the second being the 4650 HERE, and the third being the 5570 HERE. Though the latter is new in town for the slim lines.

Did this work? it should NOT have worked. Talking to Dell Tech support for an hour trying to get a PCI video card to work, it just wouldnt. the motherboard in the vostro 230 will not work with a PCI video card..you'l be stuck with VGAsave drivers and thats it, and no dual support. did it work for you?

I just bought the "Vostro 230 Slim-Tower" as well and am looking to upgrade the video card. The ones listed on newegg are all sold out. Will this one fit and function properly?
