Video Card
Installed a new ATI Radeon X1300 pro on my optiplex 745 Have tried to download from lots of site even bought the program driver update becuse it showed the Card, but after purchase it no longer showed it.
Also I have a question about my computer and internet thinks I'm in OKC, like if i run a speed test it shows i'm in OKC. would that affect my internet DSL

Hi rlh459,
Please let us know if the video card is detected in BIOS page? Also check if the card is shown in the device manager, check if there is any yellow bang mark or exclamation mark in device manager under the display adapter or other devices.
Improper indication of city will not affect the internet speed.
