At this time there are no desktop/laptop specific certifications.

There are some PC deployment and troubleshooting training courses available at www.learndell.com/servicescertification.

Another option would be to pursue the Associate level PowerEdge Server or Information Storage Managment certification, many of the things you would learn there will also help you with general concepts.
