The E20-329 was just updated on September 27th. You can find a list of EMC Proven exams here. Click on the exam name to view the exam description, recommended curriculum and a link to the practice test.
There is an "Exam Update" document in the community which captures exam updates, releases and retirements. You can "Follow" this document to receive automatic notifications when a change is made.

Just took the test Dec. 12th, 2013. The test is changed again. The practice test isn't up to date. The Sept. 27th update is not going to help you very much for the test.

The questions that appear on Practice Test for the current E20-329 Backup Recovery Solutions Design Exam came from the same item (i.e.; questions) pool as the questions that appear on the current exam. A new version of the Practice Test was published on August 30, 2013. This new Practice Test version is representative of the newly revised E20-329 exam that “went live” on Friday, September 27, 2013. Thank you.
