Hi,
Have you checked out this document?
It outlines step-by-step what you need to do in order to access the Proven Professionals ONLY community. Here are the main things:
1. The email address you use for ECN MUST match your CertTracker email address (check out the document for instructions on how to view and change both email addys)
2. You must hold a current EMC Proven Professional certification
3. You must be signed into ECN
If you have checked all of these and still can't see the Proven Professionals ONLY community, private message me. I'll need to know when you were certified.
Thanks, -Gina

Hi Anuj,
I know this is frustrating - but let me ask you a couple of questions. Do you use anuj.ajju@gmail.com to access ECN as well as CertTracker?

Excellent! I'm not sure what happened there, and I'm sorry it took so long to get it worked out. -Gina

I'm facing the same issue like anujs. I use different e-mail addresses for ECN and CertTracker. What to do?

Hi Thomas! If you visit the document that Gina linked to above, you'll find instructions for changing your ECN email address to match your CertTracker email address. After you change your ECN address, you will need to log out of ECN and log back in again for the system to recognize your changed email.
However, if this doesn't work, please contact the Proven Help Desk at: EMCProvenHelpDesk@emc.com, and someone will personally walk you through the process.

Can you email me your address? I can look it up in the permissions list and see what's going on. Email: Kate.hutchinson@emc.com
