E4310 disable latitudeon via cctk

I have a script that uses cctk to set the Biuos settings we prefer on Dell 4310s. Everything works great ata, camera, etc. Except the Latitudeon function. I use this syntax:

cd C:\Program Files\Dell\CCTK\X86
cctk.exe --latitudeon=disable

in a cmd file and it works fine for everything else. I tried the latest bios available and it makes no difference.

Any thoughts?
