Networker - Not auto loading/unloading tapes
We are running a 2-drive SL48 jukebox using NetWorker Management Console version 3.4.4 and NetWorker version 7.4.4 . One drive is "shared" for NDMP backups.
We are having problems persuading it to AutoMount a tape onto the "shared" drive when there is an "idle" NDMP tape already mounted. If we manually "unmount" the NDMP tape then the required tape from another Pool will load. The 2nd (non-NDMP) drive behaves in the correct manner and will automount a tape from another Pool when the backup needs it. The shared drive will load tapes from other pools when there is nothing already mounted in it.
Both drives are "Enabled" for all pools, other than the NDMP pool - which is confined to the shared drive. We've tried having "Auto Media Managment" on and off at the jukebox level but makes no difference.
Any ideas please .....

"idle device timeout" was set to 10 - reset to 1 - no change .... still refuses to automatically unload/load tapes on NDMP drive.
(Message does actually say "writing, done" - sorry for misleading quote)
