FS7600 Performance issue

Before the 7600 i had 2 CentOS 7 boxes using the same equallogic group and everthing was OK, now the  workload was moved to FS7600 and the number of IOPS is almost double (the CentOS boxes are off now).

I have 15 nfs clients (CentOS 5 and 6) no CIFS, 2 10T containers each client mounts 3 directories in each contanier (6 mount ponts per client).

I'm using LACP with 2 VIPS for client network, each client is using 3 connections on each VIP.

Any ideias ?

Hello,

Using only two VIPS w/LACP is not how the FS7600 is best configured.  There should be 4 VIPs per controller. This allows the NAS heads to scale better.

I would suggest opening a support case so they can work with you to verify you haven't over loaded your current group with the now greater load, and see if reconfiguring back to best practices could improve performance.
