HIT 4.0.0 - Firmware 7.x - Server 2003 R2 x64

Hi,

i´ll upgrade EQL Firmware from 5.2.x to 7.0.10 next week. My problem is, that i still have 2 Windows 2003 R2 servers connecting to our SAN. HIT 4.0.0 is the latest Version which can be installed on Windows 2003 R2, but is not in the compatibility list for Firmware 7.0.x.

I only need HIT for multipathing a volume, no snapshots or vss backup ...

Do you think there will be problems when connecting to SAN Firmware 7.0.10 with HIT 4.0.0 ?
