Hello,

OK I wasn't aware you were on one controller.  Normally there are two.

That means for some reason the array did not complete the boot up process. So the network isn't initialized.

There are many possible reasons this could occur.

Did you try to open a support case?   You would have to pay for it but they might be able to assist you.   They can connect remotely to the array for troublewshooting

Hello,

A common problem is that both controllers are not fully cabled to the switches. Or that the switch ports the passive CM are connected to aren't properly configured.

You can try moving cables from the original controller to see if that restores connectivity.

Hello,

No. There is a reason it's not booting.  Just rebooting it won't fix that.

You need technical support to triage this.

Hello,

If by LED's you mean the network link LEDs?   Or the drive LEDs?   Neither or those will be on if the OS boot process does not complete.  Same as with Windows.

Hello,

One thing you could do is see what the current state is.  You need to connect to the serial port of that controller and login.

Is the prompt CLI> or   GrpName>

 Then do su exec "raidtool"

Paste the text, not screenshot of that.

Hello,

When you log in did you get a CLI>  prompt or a  GrpName>  prompt?

 I suspect it says "CLI>":

In my last post I asked you to run

 CLI>su exec "raidtool"

Then copy the text and reply.

CLI> su exec "raidtool"
You are running a support command, which is normally restricted to PS Series Tec
hnical Support personnel. Do not use a support command without instruction from
Technical Support.

Hello,

As I mentioned in my other post for the new topic you opened on this issue, the RAIDset has fauilted.

"RAID LUN 0 Faulted Beyond Recovery."

That means there are not enough good drives to sustain the RAIDset.

The array will never complete boot up. It can't.  All the configuration info is not available.

You will need to have all the drives recovered as a backup. But all the failed drives must be recovered to see if enough of the data is restored to bring the RAIDset back online.

  Regards,

Don
