storage array is still initializing PS62210

Hi All,

I am new to SAN management and need your suggestions and guidance to fix a issue.

We have a PS62110E series SAN, a year ago, we had formatted it and now for some work we planned to use it, so we have turned it ON. I am trying to attach this SAN with a host (I am able to ping SAN IP from host and vice versa). So when tried to connect SAN from iSCSI initiator, I am unable to connect it. I can telnet and SSH to the SAN to get CLI. when CLI opens up it throws a message as
'ATTENTION!
| A critical health condition exists on the array. User intervention is required.'

After this, when i am trying to run any group manager commands i am getting a statement as 'The storage array is still initializing.  Limited commands will be available until the initialization is complete. Please try again later.'

Please suggestion me how can I fix it and attach to my Host.

Hello, 

 As I mentioned in the other thread.  Seeing if it's a controller problem is first step.  As it could be a bad backplane as well. 

 So physical access will likely be required.
