Abyssmal Tech Support

I had a hard drive crash and a technician dispatched a new hard drive as I had next business day warranty.  Two days later, no hard drive so I call and they tell me the drive was never sent and they would send a new one.  This being Friday I requested Saturday delivery and the technician says the warrant ys is newxt business day so it cannot be sent for Saturday delivery.  I said everytime you create a new case number for the same unsolved problem and the 24 hours start again?  I asked for amnd spoke to the supeorvisor, Mel.  He promised Saturday delivery.  Saturday comes, no drive, I call again, a new supervisor says sorry we did not send for Saturday and too bad.  Take it or leave it.

OK, so, my company has about 300 Dell computers and this is the quality of service.  Obviously there is a reason Dell is losing customers.  This is one more customer that will not be coming back to Dell.
