Buying a Dell with Windows XP

I already have a Vista Laptop, but need another with Windows XP, for the simple reason that I have a lot of programmes that are only compatible with Windows XP. My old one has packed up and cannot be repaired. I also need good graphics and preferrably 2 or 3GB RAM with 250GB HDD.

There are 4 Windows XP Laptops on offer, but only one (the Mini) comes up with Windows XP. The other 3 don't. I am interested in the Inspiron 17 at £349. Can someone please tell me how I can purchase this with the operating system I want?

Consider buying a Windows 7 system that can run XP mode.

You won't be able to find an Inspiron preloaded with Windows XP.

If you really want XP and not Windows 7 with XP mode, take a look at the Latitude series of laptops. They give you the choice to order the laptop with Windows XP SP3 pre-installed.
