Computer crashed and will no longer boot into windows 8.1 (Alienware 13)

Recently my laptop crashed after the cable from the graphics amp got bumped and now the computer will no longer boot into windows

The computer recognizes the ssd the os is installed on, but it either gets a pxe-mof error or just doesn't recognize any bootable devices
