Dell Laptop w/ Windows 8 won't boot past dell logo screen
Inspiron 15R
When I attempt to start my laptop it goes to the Dell logo screen and will not boot Windows 8. Any suggestions?
I've had the computer a few months and if I have to restore the system completely it will cause much problems.

Hi ms mary kay,
I would suggest the first thing to do is run your systems hardware diagnostics at start up. Hopefully they will pin down the failure for you to make troubleshooting the problem easy on you.
