Hello Ani.p,

Uninstall and reinstall Dell System detect.

Uninstall:

  • Click Start
  • Click Control Panel
  • Click Programs or Programs and Features
  • Right-click Dell System Detect
  • Click Uninstall
  • Follow the prompts to complete uninstallation.

Install: http://dell.to/13Xrog9

Let us know how it goes.

No. Don't think so. It has to do with Dell System Detect

Is that something to do with .Net Framework

Uninstall Dell System Detect including the Bootstrapper

Clear out your Apps 2.0 folder

Delete any start-up entries pertaining to Dell System Detect.

Reinstall .Net Framework 4.0 if Windows 7

Re-install .Net Framework 4.5 if Windows 8
