Dell Vostro 5470 screen auto adjusts brightness depending on background color

Can anyone help? My Dell Vostro 5470 (Win7 x64) automatically changes backgound brigtness level when I switch between programs. E.g., if website has black background, it gets dimmer, if background is white - it's much brighter. My eyes are really tired!
