Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered - NOT Nvidia

Well, this is a wierd thing that's been going on...

I have a Dell Vostro 1310, 2.1 GHz, 4GB, with a Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family display driver with windows vista home premium 32-bit. I have been able to run aplications on it with far better requierments, and at times the screen went black and then reapeared with a messege "Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered" or simply that the aplication has stopped responding.

Lately I have updated the display driver, and now it started doing wierd things. Aplications hardly stop now, but instead when I play DVD movies (and ONLY DVD's, other formats like AVI, MKV and others work fine) in the middle the picture gets all wierd, the colors change, and then the screen blackens and the "Display Driver Stopped Responding and Has Recovered" apear... I have searched the forums but only found errors such as this reffering to Nvidia chips.

Any idea what's going on?
