Inspiron 1210 / mini Quickset

Hello,

I've installed windwos 7 on my Inspiron 1210, but cant find quickset for the fn keys, could anyone please help me? Using my Tag just leads to the site where there is no quickset atall (and besides - just win xp / vista)
