Inspiron 5100 boot up problem

I turned my laptop on and it would not boot up in all methods listed. I tried normal, then last save point and safe mode. When i loaded in safe i think it got hung on d347bus.sys because it ended there and asked me to press esc to cancel loading.

Did my computer just catch a virus and just needs to reformat? Or is there something else that i can try?
