Price Protection on XPS2

I've just gone round and round customer support on the XPS2 pricing.
Since I've ordered the unit the promos. offered have dropped the price
$200 for the same combo. Do I have any recourse without having to cancel
and reorder?

Dell has a Price Protection policy, though a search did not turn up anything clear.  Go here and start a chat and ask for the price match or you will cancel.
