Radeon X300 updates?

Hi,

I have an Inspiron 6000 with a Radeon Mobility X300 graphics card.  I recently reset the computer to the pre-installed XP Media Centre (as shipped with the laptop).  I also downloaded all the latest updates and drivers from Dell.  These all installed OK.

The graphcs card manufacturer's website has update 9.3 for the X300 but it won't let me install it - the install package says 'please download a driver from your laptop manufacturer'  (or words to that effect....)  The Dell X300 update is only v8.162.0.0 (as reported by System/Display/Properties/Driver Version) and is dated 03/08/2005!!!!.

Is there any way I can update to the latest version from ATI?

(I am having ICC colour management problems and the only thing I am unable to try updating is the graphics driver.  Specifically, I'm not sure if my old driver supports ICC V4 monitor profiles.)
