SD Card reader does not show up in device manager on Dell latitude e5530 after windows 10 upgrade
I upgraded to windows 10 a few months ago and thought everything was fine. Finally, had to use my SD card slot post upgrade and it doesn't work. It does not show up in the device manager so I think it is a chipset driver problem. I ran the Dell Command upgrade and it says I need the CPNKY driver but it keeps failing the installation. Error code 7. Update package digital signature is invalid. I have other coworkers with the same exact model with the same exact problem after upgrade to windows 10.
Thanks

Here's your Dell Product Support page. You can check Chipset and the other drivers as well.

Please check the System Setup(BIOS) by typing msinfo32 into the Cortana bar. You should see the BIOS version, please write it down. While you at it, you might as well write down the Build version.

Bios A16 8/19/2015
SMbios 2.7
Embedded Controller version 255.255
Bios mode legacy
I know it is the non-vpro bios version. I saw an A17 bios on the dell support page and tried to install that but it would not let me because it was the vpro version
