Video Acceleration-DirectX 9
I bought a new game and when I try to download the game it tells me that the video acceleration has failed. This is a brand new laptop. I look in the help section nd it tells me that I might have to update my drivers. I am not sure on how to do that and where to get the update. I have the DirectX 9 like the game requires. What can I do to fix this. The name is of the game id Desperate Housewives. The bad thing is if I can't do anything about this problem, I will have to keep the game because I opened the package. :smileysad:

Type dxdiag at the Run dialog and launch DirectX diagnostic tool, go to Display tab and check the VGA adapter type.
