XPS 13 Problem

Hi!  I've had my XPS 13 for about two weeks now, and I've been having this problem since I received it.  Sometimes when turning it on or resuming from sleep, the display does not come on.  I then have to hit the power button to turn it off, and then turn it back on.  I am then faced with the "Windows did not start normally" screen, and have to choose "Start Windows Normally" to boot it up.  It does not happen every time, but it happens pretty frequently.  Is there a fix for this?  Thanks!
