Hi gpdissanayake,
Updating the Chipset, Notebook system software and Video driver should fix the issue. The following links will help you download the necessary drivers;
Link for Chipset driver: http://dell.to/QHpdvi
Link for Notebook system software: http://dell.to/QSdomf
Link for Video driver: http://dell.to/PJQbmX
Before installing the Video driver, uninstall the existing Video drivers by going to Start menu> Control Panel> Programs and features. Once the programs window opens, locate the NVidia Video driver and uninstall by right clicking on it.
The drivers have to be installed in the same order as mentioned above and please restart the system after every driver installation. I would also suggest you to install all the Windows updates.
I hope this helps
Please let us know in case of any queries. I will be glad to help.
Thanks and regards

1. when I start , media player , could not open / bubbled stopepd working / powerpoint does not open the full screen mode
Then I disabled the Nvedia driver. Now everything is working fine. (Refer Below Image)
So , I thing problem is with the nvedia driver. or some driver is missing, witch supports nvedia.

Hi gpdissanayake,
I suggest that you update the Video driver from the NVidia website as the driver available on Dell website is applicable for 64bit and not 32bit operating system. The following link will help you to download the latest Windows 8 32bit compatible driver:
http://bit.ly/W6ycrR
Before installing, please uninstall the existing video driver.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know in case of any queries.
Thanks and regards

Dear Sir
I unisnstalled Nvedia driver first and re installed the new driver from the above source
But when I re start the machine. Same issue is happening.
when start the bubbled screen saver, black screen comes and displays "bubbled was stopped working". This issue comes to media player , powerpoint slide show .etc
When I disable the Nvedia driver. Then everything workes fine
Harish , Should I have to install some other driver.
I already installed
Chipset driver 32 bit windows 8
BIOS A11 32 bit windows 8
Vedi driver HD 3000, 32 bit windows 8
Now problem is Nvedia driver , 32 bit windows 8
Please assist me to solve the issue

Hi gpdissanayake,
We can try removing the NVidia driver completely. Restart the system and install all the Windows updates. Check if the issues if fixed as Windows updated are known to fix most of the issues.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know in case of any queries.
Thanks and regards
