vostro 3450 problem with ssd upgrade

Hi 

i replace Vostro 3450 laptop the HDD disk with SSD
i install windows 10 on it.
but i have an issue when i turn on the computer is see the win icon for 2 second and then i see black screen For a minute, also in the shutdown or restart it tack More than usual.

wen the computer is start up and get to windows Everything works great
in safe mode the computer not doing the black screen and it tack 7 second to start up 

Maybe it graphic card?

please advise ?
