Automatic repair
When I turn on my laptop it goes to Automatic repair and says Automatic repair couldn't repair ypur pc and the two options shut down and Advanced options. I've tried juat about all of yhe advanced options and nothing is working! Need suggestions please!
Has latest windows update and is Inspirion I think

You need to say what model computer and operating system you have. Try rebooting and tapping F12 immediately without waiting for any screen. At the boot menu, select Diagnostics and test everything including the custom extended hard drive test--which takes a long time--to see what hardware has failed.
You might need to adjust the method for accessing the diagnostics depending on your operating system.

Latest windows update and I think Inspirion Running the f12 test now.

It said no problems found continue with memory test so I am doing that
