Is supportassist reading your service tag correctly.
In these scenarios I have contacted customer support
Supportassist backend team blacklists an unwanted update/driver/bios
If you don't have warranty you have no option but to clean uninstall support assist (deleting all of it's folders")

I'm going to tackle this tomorrow. I forgot I had already posted about this problem. I will use the Revo Uninstaller though. Thanks for your help.

Did you run Revo Uninstaller to completely move SupportAssist and all its leftovers, like I told you in your other thread on this same topic?

Click here = SA uninstall/reinstall

I'm going to tackle this tomorrow. I forgot I had already posted about this problem. I will use the Revo Uninstaller though. Thanks for your help.
