Battery problem

I'm not a native English speaker, so I'm sorry if there is a grammar problem.

Hi, i just bought a Dell Inspiron 3593 for about 9 months. The default capacity of this laptop is 42Whrs. Most of the time I use my laptop while it plugged in. Recently, when i switched to battery mode, I found a problem: after each time i'm using and charging it, the battery wear level increasing. But it increased in a very strange way. For example when I shut down and charging it to 93% and stop charging, my full capacity now decrease equal to the capacity of 93%. What is that problem? I tried it 3 times and the wear level increased in all 3 times. Please help me to solve this. Thanks you very much.

(When this report is generated, my battery was fully charged, not just 93%.)
