Brand New G5 5590(i7 9th gen, RTX-2060) gets overheated

I bought this Dell G5 5590 at 22nd May 2020, CPU sits around 50 Celsius when idle, but whenever i try to do something it reaches 100 celsius instantly, and when gaming GPU reaches 80+ Celsius too and CPU at 100 Celsius.. it's way too much heat, is this the case with every laptop of same model? any solution to this?
