Can a dell inspiron 7567 boot without cmos battery ?
getting 3 amber blinks and one white, doesn't want to self heal, can i not use the laptop until i replace it ?

It's just an inexpensive coin cell battery you can buy in any store and simple to replace. It retains the bios settings and won't boot without the bios settings. Directions are in the service manual. Take it out and see what model battery it is and get the same model replacement.

it's the weekend and lots of shops are closed where i am and i can't find ones with the same mAh value (220) or it doesn't matter ?

CMOS batteries are standard.
Remove the old one and take it into the store.

You can plug in the power adapter to work, but it is best to buy a built-in battery, you can buy the same battery directly online
