Dell 5577 motherboard compatibility

Hi everyone! I recently had a problem with my dell 5577. The laptop just turned off and it hasn't worked anymore. I've already done all the power test and guides but it was useless, it just died. My quiestion is: could I bought a motherboard with the i7 configuration? Originally, this laptop had the i5 7300hq - gtx 1050 4gb configuration. Would it work? I could make an upgrade this way. Thank you all! (sorry about the english)

While this is very late, I think it would be possible to swap the i5 board with an i7 one. I just replaced my 5576's AMD board with the i5 board you had from the 5577. For me at least all of the mounting holes lined up fine, and the fans were the same as well. Besides double checking to make sure the heat sink is the same, I think you would be in for a pretty seamless transition.
