Dell G5 5590 battery on 55% and not moving up
My Dell, after sorting out a keyboard backlight, with a change of motherboard and keyboard (not to mention two screws missing from inside on the HDD bracket, so now that's loose) I now have a battery issue.
It never goes beyond 55%, went into bios and nothing unusual there too. I have checked the cable inside and battery cable inside, it was working with the old motherboard...not even had the laptop 2 weeks and not bloody enjoying what I have paid for, nothing but issues so far!!

Called Dell this morning, spoke to Justin, he remoted in, nice knowledgeable guy, checked a few setting Bios F2 & F12. nothing unusual, drivers were updated, ticked in the BIOS Battery start date and left on charge, went over 55% as it should do. Small setting I know but big impact.
Now hopefully I can enjoy the laptop fully.
Happy this has been resolved.
