Dell G5 5590

Hello, I'd like to buy the laptop Dell G5 5590 but I don't have any information on display type. As far as I know, there are several types of display but I'm particularly interested in the one which is 300 nits at 144 Hz. The sellers have no clue on that - can you please advise, is it possible to check the display specs based on product code (55G5i716S3R27-WBK)? Thank you!
