Dell G7 7790 Alienware Command Center

Hello everyone! This is my first post, so I apologize if my terminology is incorrect. A few years ago, I bought a Dell G7 7790, and since then, my experience has been less than adequate. I love the tech this model comes with, especially at such a great price, but there's just one issue I can never seem to fix - Alienware Command Center. In my time with this laptop, I've had a number of issues, whether it's the software not detecting my computer, having a faulty installation, or just downright not working. But a few months ago, a new issue surfaced, and even Geek Squad at Best Buy couldn't seem to fix it. I tried troubleshooting methods of my own as well, but to no avail. I haven't gone so far as to factory reset my laptop, and that brings me to my issue. I don't know when, but Dell implemented this new policy where they (in my opinion) do little to nothing to help you in any way if you don't have a warranty. I can't chat support, the Out of Warranty number doesn't help, and all I want is advice on what to do. My issue is that no matter what I or any professionals (Geek Squad) do, Alienware Command center opens, stays on a white logo screen for 1-2 minutes, and then closes. I tried Dell's official steps for un-installing and re-installing, the .NET framework, and anything else I could find on Reddit or the Dell Community Forums, and still nothing ever works. What should I do? Should I spend the money buying a warranty reinstatement fee as well as the warranty itself? Buy an additional SSD for a data backup to factory reset? Try Geek Squad again? I'm at a loss, because Dell support does nothing for me, and nothing else fixed the issue. Thank you for your time to anyone who read this, and any response is greatly appreciated. - Jack
