Dell Inspiron 15 7567 Stuck in Dell logo and can't enter BIOS

Please help.

The laptop is stuck in Dell Logo and I can't enter the BIOS or the ePSA.

I already tried to key in F2, F12, FN+F2, FN+F12, Shift + F8 but nothing happens.

The laptop is running on Ac Adapter alone due to battery health status. I'm unable to get a replacement due to our lockdown/quarantine situation. I was able to use it yesterday, shut it off properly and take the ac adapter off the power socket but suddenly this happens. 

Please help, I'm using my laptop for work.
