Your GPU is also integrated and or discrete and cannot be upgraded.

I am a little confused by your question. Can you install drivers other than Dell, such as Nvidia, AMD and Intel have links to their GPU drivers then yes. If you are asking can you install another GPU by downloading, the answer is no.
