Dell Inspiron 5593 performance issue

Hi,

 Hope all are doing well. I have a dell inspiron 5593. This laptop tends to be very hot. If I put it to the lowest performance for the cpu then the laptop tends to be warm. The temperatures at the lowest performance is above 59 and below 70. No hardware issues according to diagnostics.
