Dell service center worker stolen parts from my laptop.

Hi,

On May 14th I gave my laptop Dell Inspiron 5558 to dell service center in Davangere. Next day they told some hardware issue is there and they will send it to Bangalore for checking.After one week I got a call and they told that motherboard has to be replace.But I didn't repair it and asked them to return laptop.

Again on Oct 12th I gave my same laptop to dell service center in Chennai and after 30 minutes they told there is am problem RAM and IC that needs to be replaced.I asked how much it will cost for 8GB RAM,they told currently in laptop 4GB RAM is there. That time I come to know that, when I gave my laptop to dell service center in Davangere they took 8GB RAM and inserted 4GB RAM and returned to me.

And also I want my 4GB RAM back.Please respond to this complaint to below mail
